Shipping & Returns

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Change of Mind

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange.

NiceBrands encourages customers to purchase only what you need and to read the product ingredients and warnings before purchase as products may not be right for you.

If you change your mind on a product purchased from BrushGo, please contact our customer service team at brushgo@nicebrands.com.au within 7 days of your order arriving to discuss if an exchange is possible.

Incorrect Item or Damaged on Arrival

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email our Customer Service Team at brushgo@nicebrands.com.au with photos of the item and packaging. Please don't dispose of the item until we have had a chance to chat with you.

Other Returns

NiceBrands will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality
  • Significantly different to those shown or described to you
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose
  • The product is unsafe

You will need to present your BrushGo online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

NiceBrands may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired.

NiceBrands reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. NiceBrands also reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Warranty

Our SlimPro I4 Toothbrush is covered by a free 1-year warranty, expiring 365 days after the date of purchase. The warranty provides full cover against technical faults through normal use.

If your product develops a fault during the warranty period, and you have proof of purchase, we will arrange for it to be replaced free of charge.

What is not covered by the warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic defects such as scratches
  • Accidental damage
  • The product being tampered with
  • Improper use
  • Repairs carried out by agents not authorised by BrushGo
  • Commercial or business use
  • Deliberate damage or neglect

Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs of the product being shipped back to us. After receiving the product, our team will inspect it to identify the issue. If the fault is covered by warranty, we will provide a replacement and postage free of charge.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Products must be of acceptable quality — meaning they are safe, lasting, with no faults, look acceptable and do all the things someone would normally expect them to do. Acceptable quality takes into account what would normally be expected for the type of product and cost.

Please note: Your original NiceBrands receipt or online tax invoice is the best form of proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
